You can permanently delete your Talkey account and all associated personal data directly from inside the mobile app at any time. No email requests or waiting periods are required.
Follow these steps inside the Talkey mobile app:
Launch the Talkey app on your device.
Tap on the Settings tab in the bottom navigation.
Select Account from the settings options.
Tap on Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
Read the on-screen confirmation warning.
Tap Delete Forever to complete permanent deletion.
The in-app confirmation popup will ask you:
“This action is irreversible and will remove your account credentials, messages, and call history.”
When you select Delete Forever, the following data is immediately and permanently removed from our databases:
Your registered phone number, authentication sessions, and database user ID are permanently purged.
All local message records and any temporary backend delivery queues are permanently removed.
Your complete call logs, timestamps, and dialpad history are permanently erased.
Push notification device tokens and optional display name/profile data are completely removed.
Voice and video streams are encrypted end-to-end and are never recorded or stored on any server.
