Welcome to Talkey. By downloading or using the Talkey app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Talkey is a communication app that lets you make voice calls, video calls, send messages, and call phone numbers using the built-in dialpad. The app is available on Android.
To use Talkey, you register with your phone number and verify it with a one-time SMS code. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Please do not share your verification codes with anyone.
You agree to use Talkey only for lawful, respectful communication. You must not:
Talkey-to-Talkey calls and messages are encrypted and not recorded by us. The dialpad feature allows you to call regular phone numbers — standard call rates may apply depending on your service plan.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we handle it. By using Talkey, you agree to that policy as well.
The Talkey name, logo, design, and all app content are the property of Talkey. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
We work hard to keep Talkey running reliably, but we cannot guarantee the app will be available at all times. We may update or change features from time to time. We will try to give notice of significant changes.
Talkey is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or missed communications.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Talkey if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
